The Nutrition Audit is a comprehensive nutrition assessment designed for individuals who want clear, personalized guidance on their eating habits, body composition, and health goals but do not need ongoing support or accountability.

The process begins with a detailed intake questionnaire and three weeks of access to Cronometer Gold, a premium food tracking app that allows for accurate analysis of calorie intake, macronutrients, and micronutrients.

After one week of food tracking, we will meet in person for a one-on-one nutrition consultation. During this session, we will review your food log, discuss your current nutrition patterns, and complete an InBody body composition analysis to establish a clear baseline.

Following this consultation, you will receive a personalized written report that includes:

  • Customized calorie and macronutrient targets based on your goals
  • Practical guidance for healthier, sustainable eating
  • A sample three-day meal plan tailored to your macronutrient needs and food preferences
  • Specific, individualized recommendations for nutrition and lifestyle changes

Two weeks later, we will meet again for a 30-minute virtual follow-up session to review progress, address challenges, and answer questions.

This 12-week Foundations nutrition coaching program includes:

  • Three face-to-face nutrition coaching sessions (up to 30 minutes each), spaced monthly

How are the coaching sessions conducted?

Our coaching sessions are conducted both online via Google Meet and in-person, ensuring convenience and accessibility for clients worldwide.

What commitment is required?

The Nutrition Audit is a 3 week commitment. Both levels of 1-on-1 coaching require a 12 week commitment. Additionally, all clients are expected to maintain regular attendance to sessions, openness to self-reflection and change, and a willingness to actively apply learned strategies in daily life for optimal results.

What results can I expect from nutrition coaching?

This can vary greatly depending on a client’s goals, level of consistency, and relevant lifestyle factors. However, past and current ThinkWell clients have repeatedly experienced fat loss, muscle gain, lowered cholesterol and blood pressure, improved blood glucose and HbA1C readings, better sleep, improved energy and exercise performance, and reduced cravings and food noise.

Do you work with clients outside of Chesapeake, Virginia?

Yes! ThinkWell is equipped to work with clients all over the globe.

How much does coaching cost?

Do you accept Insurance?

No, ThinkWell Nutrition coaching is solely self-pay. Monthly payment plans are available if needed.

Who can benefit from this coaching?

While anyone seeking body composition or health changes can benefit from ThinkWell coaching, we specialize in helping active, busy professionals meet their goals. Whether you’re trying to lose weight, improve your sports performance, or simply wish to understand and reshape your mindset around food, our coaching is designed to empower and equip you.

How do I know if the coaching is working?

You’ll recognize the effectiveness of nutrition coaching in several ways. Most concretely, our Bioelectrical Impedence Analysis device (InBody 570) allows us to see specific changes in body composition and weight. Additionally, consistent reflection and feedback during strategy sessions with your coach will help assess and track your progress toward your individual goal.

What if I can’t or don’t want to use the InBody?

That’s ok! While the InBody provides useful data, it is not required for successful coaching. I have worked with many out-of-state clients who have seen great progress without taking InBody readings. While I can help you locate an InBody device in your area if desired, we can also rely on other metrics to measure progress.
