This is a 1hr long session designed to teach you a system for efficient and healthy meal planning. You will also receive support in troubleshooting any unique lifestyle or dietary considerations. This is a great option for busy families or those with multiple food considerations!

Learn how to leverage your nutrition to fuel strength and muscle gain! You’ll leave knowing what the most important factors are for muscle growth and which practical changes you can make to create the biggest impact in your training performance and to increase your total lean mass. In this class we’ll discuss the 3 macronutrient categories and their role in muscle-building, calculate how much protein you really need, sort through popular supplements, and learn how to avoid common mistakes.

Ideal for those starting or currently maintaining a strength training program. Also included in this class:
